“The lady who is managing the business, Jessy is great. She was extremely helpful with finding us the correct size storage unit. We moved to the area and had no idea if needed a very large space to store our stuff as we were shopping for a new home or if we need something smaller. She did not try to up seek us on a bigger size that we did not need. She made sure we would be comfortable in a smaller size unit and had access to everything, which saved us quite a bit of money. “A tad bit more pricey than I'd like to spend for a 5x8, but it was available to me when I needed it for a short time to store my belongings right before moving to a new place. The 24-hr access is great. The live on-site property manager, Danny is amazing. If he's not at the office due to his lunch/dinner break, he's still just a quick phone call away. Every time I've been in & out of the property, I've always felt safe. There are tons of bright lights and security cameras. The location is a peach as well, literally only a 2 mins drive from the Pellississppi Hwy/Hardin Valley exit. Please keep in mind that none of the units have overhead lights inside and since these are all outdoor units, they may be incline to have bugs/insects enter your room. In my case, my unit faced the back lot adjacent to the storm river overflow- which is possibly why I had many stink bugs squatters. Other than that, in the short time frame I was there, I highly will highly recommend you check out what they have to offer you for your storage needs. Please tell Danny I said "Hello".”
